Nick, the carpet fitter, did not disappoint — in fact, I needed a fitter as soon as possible, and Nick truly came through for me. When he arrived, although my carpet had already been delivered, it unfortunately came without the gripper rods that had been ordered. Nick showed great patience and empathy regarding my predicament and never once made me feel as though his journey had been wasted. I was able to arrange delivery of the missing items later that same day, and Nick kindly returned the following morning to complete the fitting. Nick was informative throughout, personable, polite, punctual, and highly professional. His workmanship, and attitude were first class from start to finish. Would I recommend Floors You Like Ltd? Without any doubt — absolutely yes, yes, yes - for anyone seeking truly first-class service, I would highly recommend them."
