Stephen and Clive were very nice, easy to talk to, have constantly kept me updated with the process, worked very hard and delivered pretty much a whole new bathroom - when possible they even used my old natural Stone tiles (which meant extra effort on their side and would have been expensive to repurcahse) to save the cost.
