You can get hold of them really easily, they recommend options to you, they carry the work out themselves and you are 100% confident you are in safe hands. We had an old fireplace taken out, widened and a dual fuel fire installed, and HETAS compliant. Looks beautiful. Now I just need the weather to cool down!"
