## In customers' own words
_Verbatim quotes from this trader's public reviews, each attributed to its source:_
> "Once the blockage was identified as the main drain, Ben had no hesitation about telling me that the work should be carried out by South West Water. I would not have known this, and he could have done the job and billed me, but he straight away told me I could get it done for free from SWW, and didn't even charge for a call-out fee, despite it being a rainy and windy evening. He was polite friendly and honest. Brilliant!"

> "I was having problems with blocking in my sewer system. I called flux to see if they could come out to see what the problem was. Ben came out very quickly and was extremely polite and friendly. He identified the problem very quickly and explained that part of the pipe had broken which was causing the issue. Ben explained to me what would be required to fix the problem and also explained how this process works. Ben did the work there and then and we have had no issues since. Fantastic service all round from Ben. If you have any drain issues don’t hesitate to give flux sewer a call."
