> "Seemed good at the start. They blew my trip switches in the house twice and denied having anything to do with it - strange that the hole through the wall they had just drilled was through a power cable. This happened a few times and I was asked to prove it was them. It was on both occasions. The front cavity wall they built had no insulation in the wall cavity like you normally see now days, I was told it was normal. The room is as cold as the conservatory which is all glass. I found a gap in the wall and it was pouring in cold air. I emailed Louis and received a pointless reply. Not Happy"
