I am a sole trader who trades under the name of Fourth Generation.I have over 20 years experience within the building industry. We have four generations of building experience hence the company name. We cover building works which includes all types of extensions/ conversions, summer houses, plastering, render/coloured render. We take pride within our work and work closely with our clients throughout the jobs duration. I hope this gives you an understanding of who we and what we are about.

> "Convert garage into a living space My need - to improve upon the far-end of my garden that situated my old double garage, constructed of asbestos material. Demolish & rebuild, retaining the look of structure from vehicle access end, but convert the interior into a two-roomed apartment. I filtered a host of tradesmen who declared their interests to quote for the job. I studied previous REVIEWS which had been left behind by former clients of these builders. At the end, shortlisted only 4, each of whom I believed demonstrated the ability to deliver a good job. I wrote them. They, each visited and were all excellent, but finally I settled for Joe Coney for his best quote. Joe lived up to all the good things said about him by previous clients and I MUST ADD MY OWN VOICE. He is very intelligent & hardworking. In my job, he went far and beyond by my assessment to deliver a standard I expected – it is not easy to impress me though. However, Joe’s standards of delivery & quality of work were simply EXCELLENT. He was quite supportive even when I requested for his help in another ‘non inclusive’ aspect of the job – he executed this ‘labour free’. He completed the job in quick time irrespective of unpredictable one-week of bad weather conditions. He remained humble & tidy. To register my undiluted appreciation I gave a treat of his best choice of wine. Once again THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH JOE for a brilliant job. I unreservedly RECOMMEND JOE for anyone hard-pressed in making the best judgement for a builder in this area"
