The work itself was exemplary, really good quality of workmanship and dealt with the unexpected calmly and quickly. We had some complications with the project (supplier of patio doors mis-measured and some boundary issues with a neighbour) that delayed things for him but he never complained and in fact got involved to resolve things for us, for example sourcing the correct sized patio doors."
