My boiler is more than 15 years old, so doesn't qualify for insurance cover. The first time he came it took him half an hour to identify the problem, went out and purchased the part and returned and after fixing it, gave me instructions on what to look out for if the problem re-ocurred. Absolutley first rate service, friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. The second time was a boiler service, and on the most recent occasion the boiler stopped working, basically the gas won't fire up. Michael came and identified the problem which required a replacement part. Considering the age of the boiler, he was able to source the part, collected it from the supplier a few miles away, and returned the next day to fit it and get the boiler back up and running with a warm home in time for Christmas.
