He sent me a priced specification for the works and a start date was agreed. On the day, Dennis arrived to begin the works within 10 minutes of the agreed time and once again explained exactly what he would be doing. At all times, during the works, he kept me informed as to what stage he'd reached and what he had planned. I was asked, at these times to check and comment on what had been done. Only the best quality materials were used and because Dennis has been doing this kind of work for many years, his experience shone through. The quality of workmanship was excellent and was as good as I could wish for. He even gave the walls a base coat of primer, ready for me to repaint them.
