> "Full Planning Applications and Building Regulations drawings including securing a Builder to do the project. I had just found out that the architect I had approached was still using a drawing board! I tried an internet search, put my telephone number in and within 10 minutes was talking to Gerald. The same evening he emailed me a detailed breakdown of his charges for the work I needed, a single storey front extension to my cottage. After a visit a few days later Gerald sent me a number of CAD drawings by email and we exchanged a lot of emails varying the details. The roof presented a number of problems and Gerald found a way to deal with them. Gerald dealt with the planning permission and supervised the work of the builder and I was very pleased to leave this work in his hands. The design of the extension has significantly enhanced the appearance of the cottage. At all times Gerald gave a prompt efficient service and I have no hesitation in recommending him."

I explained to Gerald what I would like to achieve from having an extension and remodelling, although I couldn't see how to achieve it! Fortunately Gerald could! We are having a two storey extension, to include kitchen, sunroom, bedroom and conversion of a bedroom to two bathrooms, remodelling a utility and converting a garage to a study and cloakroom. He has explained the process thoroughly and helped with selecting a builder. We are due to start work shortly and I am looking forward to the project. Most of my contact with Gerald has been through email and he is always prompt to reply. Things seemed to move along very smoothly."
