We were designated a project manager, Tony, who took a lot of the stress away from me. He liaised with plumbers, electricians and any other contractors required, to ensure all the work was kept on track and completed to schedule. One or two small snagging list items, inevitable on a whole house project, were sorted without question or hesitation."
