Gostwick Architecture is an architectural design service for all building work from inception to completion. We work closely with our clients to get the right design that's perfect for them. Focusing predominantly on residential architecture we do everything from small extensions to new build houses. At Gostwick Architecture we guide you through the building process from initial sketches and ideas to submitting the planning application. Gostwick Architecture works closely with planning consultants to ensure the client has both the best in design and a high level of expertise in navigating the local planning system. Once a project has been granted planning permission it moves on to the construction stage of the project. This usually involves a high level of co-ordination with other consultants which we oversee and ensure the building works well. These external consultants include Structural Engineers, Drainage engineers, SAP assessors, conservation officers, Arboriculturists to name but a few. Unlike other architectural practices we specialise in the technical design and producing working drawings in many cases we produce far more detailed and comprehensive construction drawings than other practices this is to ensure that there are no misunderstanding on site and that every aspect has been considered. Finally if there are any issues on site with regards to the design and construction of the scheme we are on hand to answer any questions and provide further details if necessary.
