> "The boiler was showing error messages during a very cold snap. I contacted Stefan and he responded immediately. Though not able to attend straight away, he attempted to diagnose via videos and photos. A Vaillant engineer came and did a fix but it turned out that it was not the right fix. Contacting Stefan again, he came the same day with a temporary fix. A new boiler was ordered and this was installed that day. We have since had other plumbing/heating problems and Stefan has been very good with advice. He has exceptional customer service - I can text him at 0600 or 2200 and will have a response. If he is unable to commit to the job, he will recommend a colleague he can trust. He is honest and will explain the job in layman's terms. He is now our go-to guy and is highly recommended."
