I knew that I would not be able to clean the rug successfully and contacted Anthony. He was helpful on the phone and agreed to come later that day to assess the rug. Fortunately when he arrived he confirmed that he would be able to clean it. The result is brilliant. I am extremely grateful, not only witthe end result but the speed with which Anthony responded - highly recommend"
