Throughout, Dan & Laura ensured that all elements of the build (plumber/tiler, carpenter, plasterer/renderers, skips, electricians etc) were on site at the right time (and place - important with 4 different projects on 1 site). Communication and reliability was outstanding making the build/s less daunting for us. Clean up was excellent and allowed our family (and pets) to continue to live onsite during the weeks of the build. Last minute changes and additions to the build were all graciously accommodated (they even took a day of their holiday to do a last-minute added project for us).
