Have always been able to work to address the glazing issue full, finding and fitting a suitably matched pane Other glaziers said it wasn't possible, that the necessary glass couldn't be obtained, or that the glass couldn't be removed without damage. But Glass R Us had no problem sorting it. Also very prompt and friendly communication both via phone and email, and in person."
