He cut out brickwork to check the condition of the tray above the bay window - the tray had sagged appreciably and there was a crack in it, which could explain the issues experienced. He replaced the tray, made sure the flashing was correctly in place and replaced the bricks. He also repointed the brickwork and applied clear brick sealer over the relevant section of wall. I have no hesitation recommending his services."
