As we lived some 50 miles away, we arranged to meet Gareth at the property for a site visit. He explained the process for tracing the leak and sent us a quotation covering what was discussed. He managed to fit us in for the repairs early in the following week. We arranged to meet Gareth on site again and the work was carried out within 5 hours. This included replacing the main feed from the boundary to the house, a new stopcock and plumbing into the existing internal pipework. All the outside areas were made good, with soil/turf put back as before and concreting the small hole in the path by the front door. The work was carried out professionally and we received a Certificate of Compliance to cover the repairs.
