I then asked for an estimate for the replacement of the cistern & pan which was emailed promptly and a convenient date was arranged. Their plumber, Steve was fantastic, friendly and professional; he worked tirelessly to get a difficult job done without complaining. Thanks also to his colleagues Hadley and Jack who Steve called in to help; both were also friendly and professional. When the job was finished Steve explained the workings of the new system and cleared away the rubbish leaving the site clean and tidy. Excellent service"
