As always they were prompt in getting back to me and arranging a time to look at our faulty boiler. When it transpired we needed to have a new boiler installed, they were great in getting this arranged for us as soon as possible. We literally had the boiler installed the next day. They came in early in the morning, were very respectful of our social distancing wishes, worked tirelessly and had our boiler installed the same day. To be honest I can't fault them and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who would like to hire a reliable and competent company. Their admin team is lovely too and always super helpful. Arrangements for the work were agreed at a mutually convenient time and we were happy with the time scal. Richard, the engineer did an excellent job despite some very difficult requirements. The existing system included a tank which we wanted to retain and this required sections of the existing pipework to be changed to allow a fully pumped system to be installed. We also wanted as much of the control gear installed in a cupboard as possible and this he was able to achieve. Richard was always careful to ensure as little disruption as possible and cleaned up each evening. We have been very pleased with the resulting installation and it seems to work as well as promised.
