## In customers' own words
_Verbatim quotes from this trader's public reviews, each attributed to its source:_
> "Llir was very professional and super fast with starting our work so soon and completed the work within 3days. All the workers are very hardworking and dedicated to complete the job to top standards! I was very impressed with the outcome of my garden and the communication was great! I would recommend these guys as the quality is high standard work. The guys are very helpful and understanding towards customers needs. A***"

> "Flamur, Iler and team were very courteous and considerate. Works: remove rubble buried in the backyard by previous dodgy builders, remove existing decking and concrete to be levelled, clear some tree stumps and to trim a tree. The hard landscaping was great, methodical and good standard - levelling the concrete with jackhammer/clearing wasn't to the same standard as the other works, some bits still too high but didn't spot it so its on me. The tree trimming was done with a builder saw, rather than how a gardener would do it - but everything else was super, would use again!"

## Before you hire a landscaper
_What to check when choosing this kind of trade (general guidance, not a claim about this business):_
- Get an itemised quote that separates plants and materials, any machinery or skip hire, and labour. A vague 'garden makeover' lump sum hides where the money goes and makes extra charges easy to add later.
- Be wary of paying a large sum up front 'for materials'. Agree staged payments against work you can see completed, especially for hard landscaping like patios, decking, paving or driveways.
- Tree work and anything near a boundary can be regulated. Protected trees and conservation areas often need permission, and removing a protected tree can be an offence. Confirm what is allowed, and that they carry public-liability insurance, before work starts.
- Ask to see a portfolio of completed work like yours, plus recent references you can contact.
- Check the credentials and registrations that matter for this work, and that they are current.
