> "Jon fitted the ASHP exactly when he had promised. He spent a considerable time on site initially balancing the valves even though it was a fixed price contract. A couple of months later I made a stupid mistake which stopped the ASHP working. I rang Jon who turned round on his way to London and came straight to us. By the time he arrived I had sorted the problem and the plant was running. Nevertheless Jon insisted on checking everything out. He then refused to invoice me with a call out charge despite the fact that I had caused the problem! That's what you call service with a capital S."
