He reassured me it was likely to be the seal of the patio door. He gave general advice and numbers of tradesmen who can help, not only with patio door but other for other trades needed to fix the lounge. Very helpful, although he couldn't fix the problem directly, he went out of his way to give numbers and recommendations for people who can. It showed he was trustworthy and reliable."
