He was able to source and successfully instal the new shower, and repackaged the other neatly so we could get our refund, and the wiring was updated by electrician Paul. Both worked tidily, kept us informed and asked our views before taking any action, and the external repair to some fallen mortar was done very well. Very happy - we have used the firm before and will happily do so again."
