> "The work was carried out to a good standard 3 MONTHS after reporting the problem. Staff shortages were blamed, but the customer service was virtually non-existant. I was told repeatedly to just wait and they would eventually get back to me. We had given up and booked a different company to repair it when they finally rang. Gerry, who was efficient and friendly, carried out the work. Some customers waited all summer to have windows they couldn't CLOSE repaired. Although we sweltered, at least we could keep the rain out and the house secure. After-sales service was terrible, very stressful."
