> "We sought Ian with the task of getting a new development scheme through planning and subsequently bringing the scheme forward to comply with building regulation requirements. Ian produced some great 3D model drawings which helped to visualise the scheme within its existing surroundings. The development has now come to a close and at various stages throughout the build Ian was on hand to produce additional drawings in line with external consultee requirements. I would use and recommend Ian again for future projects. He is currently working on another scheme for us of 6 bespoke houses."
