> "Nothing wrong with the repair, but since then (beginning of November 2023) no one is answering my calls in order to get the invoice for the insurance company despite me having paid in full the amount of the repair - £1250. I tried Niall’s and Simon’s number along with the ones in their web site but in vain. It looks like the company went bust overnight. Very disappointing because I found them via Checkatrade. Really unprofessional craftsmanship and treating of a customer. I think all these positive comments are not as real as it seems."
