We are a not-for-profit social enterprise design consultancy. Our work offers architectural, planning and economic development support to individuals, communities, local authorities and built environment professionals to help deliver their place based ambitions. Our technical services include new builds, house extensions, feasibility studies , neighbourhood planning, design, option appraisals and business planning to help our clients achieve their aspirations and realise their projects, whether in housing, community asset transfer or commercial development. In 2017 we became a RIBA Chartered Practice.
