> "I had a an issue with radiator. Marek had fixed it despite the fact that the nuts and bolts/valves are "historic". He explain the options at the beginning and started to work. in the end he managed to save the rubes and fixed the thermostatic valve. He still flushed the radiator and put it all back. He advised also checked the air-went up in loft. He advised on the temperature of the set on boiler and also the benefit of automated air-went - which we may do in Jan after his holidays... Mark was approachable, able to asses the situation prior coming in from the pictures and very communicative."
