> "At a local property we chatted to the builder, Jake Evans. Several months later we phoned Jake. He remembered our chat and he invited us to look at the current bungalow conversion he was doing. He agreed that he could achieve the result that we were aiming for. Three small rooms were made into 1 large kitchen diner. Once he started he was punctual, organised and motivated. The job took significantly less time than other builders had indicated despite the weather November threw at us which included snow & storms. We have no hesitation in recommending Jake and his team. They were fantastic!"
