James came over that evening on his way home, was unconvinced and went for his tools, found the issue and showed me how bad it was. Quoted for a new system, but advised to get a few others to compare. His was best after all. On the day, he worked like a demon, barely stopping even for tea or coffee and even covered a couple of curve balls in the process. Great experience all round and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend."
