> "Jamie came to repair a leaking pipe under my mother-in-law's drive. He found that a connecting pipe was leaking too, so we agreed he'd repair the first pipe and quote me for repairing the second pipe subsequently. He sent me a photo of the repaired first pipe in situ, and told me that that work had been completed, so I paid in full. After not hearing from Jamie for two weeks, a drain survey showed that there was no pipe in the ground where Jamie said he had replaced it. Jamie had actually removed the replacement pipe, so had not completed the work. I request a refund for work falsely invoiced."
