We spoke the same evening as I asked for a quote and he came out the next day at the time he said he would. Very friendly and professional when putting his quote together. Gave us an honest and fair price. He gave us a prompt start date/time and duration of job. I had actually under ordered some of my flooring for one of the rooms but Joel kindly changed his schedule for us to complete the job. We have been left with a great professional finish to our newly laid flooring. I Highly recommend Joel for your flooring needs and we will definitely use him again for future work."
