Because we had to have a second hand toilet fitted because the carpet fitters broke our original one, by their Plumber, the toilet wouldn't flush properly so we thought we would have to have a new bathroom suite fitted because ours was a shell one and they don't do them anymore. James came and told us that whatever happens he would have to fix the problem out either way, so instead of us paying for a new suite James fixed the problem with the toilet which worked out a lot cheaper for us. We would recommend James to anyone which we have done already."
