He initially visited to provide a quotation and filled me with confidence that he would be able to complete the job given my concerns as other workmen weren't keen on taking the job on. John and another operative attended when my doors arrived, took care and cleaned up after themselves. After discovering a slight fault with the door (from the manufacturer), John kindly contacted them and managed to get the door replaced and returned to complete the job. The finishings are great and I would recommend John's company for anyone requiring intricuit work in their property."
