I telephoned John who was able to come to me within the hour. Within a short time John located the problem caused by a previous contractor and took the time to explain all the implications of the fault. He liaised with the contractor and completed the repair very promptly. John acted with complete professionalism and with discretion and diplomacy regarding the previous contractor. I would definately use John again for any electrical work."

Really fantastic experience and service all the way through and would definitely call on their services again."
