By Thursday morning their very friendly admin called me and notified me that an engineer could come out later that day. 9.50am the engineer knocks on my door. Amazing service. Matt the engineer was very knowledgeable! He was able to diagnose the issue after some investigating. We thought the main heat exchange had gone on the boiler after 2 different engineers and our insurance company concluded that was the issue. It wasn't this at all and it was a blocked condensation pipe. Great service all round and would definitely use again"
