Steve came out and did a video suggesting places to put cameras while I was at work. Emails and texts went back and forth while we mulled it over. Joe did one final recce upon my request before installation day. I never felt sales pressured, they just recommended the equipment and gave me choices depending on budget. Installation day went smoothly. They finished the job in under 8 hours with no hiccups. I was left a succinct video explaining how to use the screen and they left everything clean and tidy without a footprint. I got a QR code and an explanation how to download/use the app which is great. I now feel secure in my home knowing I have excellent CCTV coverage.
