I identified problem as corroded bell box electrics so replaced, but system still didn’t trigger bell. Within 30mins James had checked all system and realised a DIP switch in new box needed changing to “old-fashioned” system setting. Sorted!! James is a thoroughly nice guy, obviously very competent and provides sensibly priced services. He has my whole hearted recommendation."
