## In customers' own words
_Verbatim quotes from this trader's public reviews, each attributed to its source:_
> "Our son's car needed a power steering pump changed. Called Keith who was able to fit us in very quickly. A month later he was able to help get the car through the MOT, even coming out on a Sunday. Would recommend Keith, a nice helpful guy."

> "Called Keith in the morning & to my relief he was at my house in about 1hr. My car wouldn't start due to a suspected starter motor issue. He did a diagnostics check & found that the new battery had to be programmed to the car. Also, the starter motor cable had not been connected properly. This man not only has a huge amount of specialised equipment but most importantly the knowledge to expertly fault find backed up with excellent electrical / electronic & mechanical knowledge. The real deal & will get you on the road again."

> "I have used K Services for about 4 years now I am so pleased with the service and honesty I won’t let anyone else repair my vehicles. Once you find a decent knowledgeable mobile mechanic I will always stick with them and in 4 year I have found Keith to be 100% honest and totally knows what he is doing"

## Before you hire an electrician
_What to check when choosing this kind of trade (general guidance, not a claim about this business):_
- In England and Wales, notifiable electrical work (new circuits, a consumer unit, anything in a bathroom or kitchen) must by law be signed off under Part P of the Building Regulations. Confirm they will handle that.
- Prefer an electrician registered with a government-approved competent-person scheme (NICEIC, NAPIT or ELECSA) so they can self-certify the work meets the wiring regulations.
- Insist on the Electrical Installation Certificate (or Minor Works Certificate) when the job is done. It is your proof the work is safe and compliant, and you will need it if you ever sell.
- Confirm they cover your area and can actually come out in your timeframe before anything else.
- Read recent reviews for reliability and turning up on time, not only the quality of the work.
