I have worked mainly in large and small properties uptaking inside and outside building jobs including; window/door fitting, flooring, roofing, painting etc.

I was looking for a person in connection to fit my kitchen, living room and hallway floor. Also, to fit doors including wall painting in my master bedroom. Works took place in my family home continuously for 6 days. At all times I have found Karolis Valantas to be reliable and honest, hardworking, and keeping up with the time frame we have discussed for the job to be completed. Karolis undertook first class work and did not quit until everything I asked for was completed to my satisfactory. Karolis conducts himself in a very professional manner and is extremely reliable. I would highly recommend Karolis Valantas to anyone considering a renovation and I will certainly use his services again for any of my future renovation projects. I am happy to provide further information if required. Karolis was fitting flooring in my kitchen, living room included hallway, also doors for all those rooms, and repainted bedroom walls . I am very happy with the outcome! Couldn’t ask for anything more then he did . Karolis was very professional, advised me on the matter, as I didn’t really know what kind of materials to use. Clearly communicated time he will take to complete the work , and was done for the deadline given . I had no concerns, he was always professional and on time . Would definitely recommend him."
