The small team stripped the old roof tiles, many of which were broken. The old battens and membrane were removed. Velux lights and fittings were refurbished. New membrane, tanalised battens and tiles were fitted with the new dry hip/ridge fitting system. Lead-work and new extractor fittings were installed. Despite overnight rain the job was left watertight. The team are very tidy and thorough workers. Excellent work."
