## In customers' own words
_Verbatim quotes from this trader's public reviews, each attributed to its source:_
> "The carpenters were efficient, clean and polite. A good healthy banter was evident and they worked well. The painter was good and worked well too. A small hic-cup meant the painter had to come back another day. He turned up on a time as agreed, and completed his work to a very good standard."

> "Kyle did a great job. He turned up on time, worked very quickly and to a high standard, then cleaned very thoroughly when he finished."
> Source: Anonymous (5.0, via Checkatrade)

> "The quotation was very professional. Kirk was very accommodating with changes and his proposed design was very good. The quality and tidiness did let the side down though. We had to ask that the staircase be taken out and re-done where the last step was too high and the riser was damaged. The double doors also had to be re-done where they were not correctly aligned and screws missing from hinges. Expanding foam was spilt on the flooring. In fairness to Kirk he stressed that he wanted us to be happy with the work and addressed all our issues. We were very pleased with the finished product."
