His team initially just cut back the Laurel tree then later arrived on time with Aston on the date agreed to pollard the Eucalyptus tree. They double checked on what work they would do. The team were very friendly and cheerful and regularly checked that we were happy with what they had done so far and what they were then going to do. When the pollarding was complete they checked again and advised that further cutting back would add to the tree's stress. Garden left clean and tidy. We'll definitely use them again."
