As the Sole Director of KM Architectural Consultants Ltd I have been in the industry for 20+ years mostly working within the residential sector, I have worked for both Private Practices and Developers during this time and have a wealth of knowledge, and experience. As well as working on large scale developments I have helped several PLC Developers in production of there core House Type Ranges ensuring Building Regulation compliance and commercially efficient deigns often coordinating with other disciplines and Third Party Designers to achieve this. We have also completed several one of houses, extensive remodelling and multiples extensions / loft conversions, obtaining both Planning and Building Regulations approval, we am comfortable working across differing sectors but we have a strong focus on providing working drawings for our clients, where we take Planning drawings through to Building Regulation Drawings working closely with clients and Third Parties accordingly.
