I was pleased up to that point, but having agreed what I thought was a £150 fee for coming out and resolving the issue by replacing an MCB, turned into an opportunity for them to tell me my 11 year old consumer unit needed to be replaced for a further £1500. I phoned another local electrician who confirmed that the unit is perfectly safe and fixed the issue (replaced the MCB) for £20. KRA tried to rip me off."
