The workmen came the very next day after quoting and worked hard to replace it for us. They added strengtheners to the pillar to ensure longevity and advised us against putting in a tile layer, as had previously been the case, as this would have weakened the pillar. After they left the area was very clean and all materials were removed from site. The guys were really polite and friendly. Thank you for your efforts."
