Lee emailed me back and apologised that he could not help me as he was unwell. Lee gave me two different plumbers numbers but they didn’t reply to my messages. Throughout the morning Lee contacted me several times to see if I had heard anything. This afternoon (Friday) Lee managed to come out and have a look at the problem.
