He then worked hard to undertake and complete the work when he said he would, even though inclement weather put it back a couple of times. He never failed to communicate or be upbeat and when he was able to find a less expensive work-round the problem, he charged less than his estimate - no box to tick for that! Attitude, work rate and finished article all of the highest standard - very pleased."
