> "We couldn’t get back into our house this morning as the lock wouldn’t turn. Called L&K locksmiths said he would be here in 20-30 mins and arrived in about 20 mins. Luke was very friendly, courteous and professional. He tried various methods to try to fix the lock but eventually had to drill the lock out, replace the lock and tightened various screws. Then cleaned up the door to remove the oil. He mentioned that the spring in our door handle could possibly need replacing but didn’t in any way force us to make a decision. Charged what he quoted and very reasonably priced. Thank you!"
